Toro Capital Network
Direct private capital, engineered for the fitness and wellness industry. No brokers. No standard rate sheets. Transaction sizes from $25,000 to several million — underwritten individually against your project.
The Advantage
Structure
Our lending partner is a privately held firm deploying its own capital — not an intermediary placing your deal with a third party. Decisions are made internally, which means faster underwriting and terms that can be structured around your project, not a standard approval matrix.
Expertise
Most lenders underwrite fitness facilities as generic commercial real estate. Our partner understands the asset class — the equipment, the revenue model, the operational profile. Your deal is reviewed by underwriters who know what a Panatta installation is worth under load.
Philosophy
No standard rate sheets. No one-size structures. Every transaction is underwritten individually against your project's specific capital requirements, principal profile, and timeline. Deferrals, milestone-based draws, and custom term lengths are all on the table.
Capital Structures
Every structure below can be tailored — term length, payment timing, deferred start dates, and draw schedules are all negotiable. The right structure depends on your ownership model, tax position, and cash flow profile.
Traditional debt financing with fixed or variable repayment schedules. Retains full equipment ownership from day one. Suited for established operators with predictable cash flow who prefer a clean balance sheet structure.
A fair market value lease preserves capital flexibility — lower monthly obligations with an option to purchase, upgrade, or return equipment at term end. Keeps the asset off the balance sheet while preserving operational optionality.
Full ownership at term end for a nominal $1. Structured identically to a loan in economic terms, but classified as a lease — providing the tax treatment of a lease with the ownership trajectory of a purchase. Often the preferred structure for long-hold facilities.
All structures available from $25,000 to several million dollars. Terms discussed directly — no rate sheet requests will be honored.

Start-up underwriting is tailored to the principal profile and project specifics — not a generic credit score threshold.
The Process
Your Toro Fitness project specialist initiates a capital consultation alongside your equipment specification. Project scope, timing, and principal profile are assessed before any formal engagement.
Your deal is reviewed directly by the lending partner's underwriting team — not processed through a broker or automated approval system. Established operators and start-ups are underwritten under separate criteria.
A term offer is issued specific to your transaction. Structure, timing, and repayment are negotiated directly. No commitment is required until you are satisfied with the terms.
Toro Capital Network
Financing inquiries are handled directly by your Toro Fitness project specialist — not routed through a general intake form. One conversation initiates both your equipment specification and your capital structure.
