Any pricing, timelines, or 3D layouts requested through this website are preliminary estimates. No binding contract is formed until an official invoice or purchase agreement is signed and a deposit is collected. All orders are custom-built in Italy, and shipping timelines are subject to international freight logistics.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these website Terms of Service and a fully executed Master Purchase Agreement or invoice, the terms of the signed Master Purchase Agreement shall strictly govern and prevail.
4. Limitation of Liability
